Curb Appeal Entry #21: From Ruins to New Beginnings – Anita & Ken Anderson, Yarmouth, ME

When our home was destroyed by an explosion from the next street, we turned it over to the fire department for training, and then burned it down..  We had a new home built on the same spot.

  We did all the landscaping, decorating, lawn, and installed the walk. The walk is made of slate tiles of various  thicknesses, with stone dust to compliment the house color.  The green grass is difficult to maintain as we do not use weed killer.  We are beekeepers.

Below are the pictures that show the work that has been completed by us.  The color (marigold yellow) and colorful plantings have been a new beginning for us.
